| References | ZM-447439 inhibits aurora kinases A and B (AurA, AurB), preventing mitotic spindle formation and proper completion of mitosis. This compound exhibits anticancer activity, inducing hyperploidy and apoptosis in osteosarcoma cells and inhibiting growth in mesothelioma cells.
