| References | Cerulenin is an inhibitor of fatty acid synthase found in Cephalosporium. Cerulenin exhibits antibiotic, antifungal, and anticancer chemotherapeutic activities. In cellular and animal models of colon cancer, cerulenin induces apoptosis and cellular death and decreases tumor growth. Cerulenin may also inhibit insulin secretion. 参考文献： Straub SG, Sharp GW.
