Description

Each vial contains 200 µg of lyophilized peptide derived from the human/mouse/rat PPARα sequence (amino acids 22-36; PLSEEFLQEMGNIQE).1 This peptide was used as an antigen for production of Cayman’s PPARα polyclonal antibody (Catalog No. 101710) and can be used in conjunction with this antibody to block protein-antibody complex formation during immunohistochemical analysis for this protein.
