| References | CAAZ peptidomimetic geranylgeranyltransferase I (GGTase I) inhibitor. Strongly inhibits the processing of geranylgeranylated Rap1A with little effect on processing of farnesylated Ha-Ras (IC50 values are 3 and > 10 μM respectively).
