| References | Histone deacetylase inhibitor (IC50 = 400 μM) that exhibits anticancer, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. Displays anticonvulsive activity via an increase in GABA levels and decreases Aβ production in animal models of Alzheimer's disease.
