Labelled ε-Aminocaproic Acid. Used in the preparatiom of esters of 6-aminohexanoic acid as antibacterial agents. EACA is reported to inhibit chymotrypsin, Factor VIIa, lysine carbo xy peptidase, plasmin, and plasminogen activator. |
